Summary.

It’s been nearly two years since the #MeToo movement took on wide momentum, and some big questions remain: What has changed? Do we know if reports of sexual harassment in organizations have decreased? What has happened to the women who have spoken up?

Stefanie K. Johnson is an associate professor of management and entrepreneurship at University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business and author of Inclusify. Dr. Johnson studies the intersection of leadership and diversity, focusing on how unconscious bias affects the evaluation of leaders, and strategies that leaders can use to mitigate bias. She is a member of the MG 100 Coaches and the 2020 Thinkers50 Radar List.

Ksenia Keplinger is a Scholar-in-Residence at University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. Her research interests include diversity and inclusion, gender biases in the workplace, gig economy, and virtuous leadership. Ksenia earned her BS in International Economics from the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Russia and her Ph.D. at Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Austria.

Jessica F. Kirk is an assistant professor of management at the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis. She studies how stereotyping leads to mistreatment and biased perceptions of women and minorities and has partnered with government institutions, technology accelerators, and Fortune 500 corporations in order to explore these dynamics in a variety of contexts.

Liza Barnes is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. Her research interests sit at the intersection of identity management, organizational compassion, and positive relationships at work.
