In April 2025, Harvard Business Review Analytic Services conducted a survey of 236 members of the Harvard Business Review audience who are familiar with their organization’s management of its software releases. Just over half of the respondents (56%) report that their organization experiences errors or issues with its software releases on at least a monthly basis.
